How do I use it?
Turn it on and choose a heat level. Comb slowly upward through your lashes, starting at the root. Apply mascara afterwards if you want more definition. Always follow the instructions included with the product.
What are the three heat settings for?
Lower heat suits fine or sensitive lashes; higher heat gives a stronger lift on thick or stubborn lashes. Start low and work your way up if you need more.
Is it safe for my lashes?
It shapes your lashes with gentle warmth and a curved comb instead of clamping. Use it on lashes only, keep it away from skin and eyelids, and follow the included instructions.
How is it charged?
LASHÉ is USB-C rechargeable. Charge it with the included cable before first use.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days, and you'll get a tracking link once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out.
