1. Overview

This website is operated by LAVE PRISER AS (org. no. 918 874 399), a company registered in Norway, trading as THEGIRL. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

We try to describe and picture our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, image, or detail is complete or error-free. Colours may vary slightly between screens. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and may cancel an order, including after you've received a confirmation, if the product is unavailable, there's a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm you're authorised to use that payment method.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are in the Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; see the Shipping Policy for how we handle lost or damaged parcels.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy, scrape, or resell its content without permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to THEGIRL or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, where the business is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
