Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Hygiene note

Because this product is used on the eye area, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and unused, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged (see below).

How to start a return

Email thegirlstoreworld@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged or faulty. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us - returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service - we can't refund an item we don't receive.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You usually won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. How quickly it appears after that depends on your bank or card provider.

Not eligible for return

Items requested more than 30 days after delivery; opened or used items (unless faulty); items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; gift cards.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund an order that hasn't shipped yet. Once it's shipped, the return process applies.
